● RONJA is our Pride, please treat it, and leave the property and all its goods and belongings in good order and in an acceptably clean condition. You can't take anything that's part of the rooms’ furnishings like towels, deco items, art and Savara Products. 
● If you accidentally take something, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for it to be returned to RONJA. 
● If you take something that's not meant to be taken and don't return it, we’ll have to charge you for the cost of replacing it. 
● If you damage something while taking an item, you’ll be responsible for paying for the repair or replacement. 
● We have a Pop Up Store in our common area where we offer a variety of Items for you to purchase, please reach out to our staff. 
● Make sure you conserve energy and water by turning off lights, fan and air conditioning when not in use, as you know, that’s bad for the environment.
● Drones are only allowed to fly with prior consent of our manager. If you wish to fly a drone, please contact us in advance. 
● If you wish to bring pets, please contact us in advance. 
● RONJA is for registered guests only. If you want to invite outside guests, we recommend to pre-arrange it. For our registered guests safety, our security team is instructed to collect outside guests information and ID. 
● An early check in and a late check out request can be arranged subject to availability, just ask our staff. 
● No loud noises or parties allowed in the hotel rooms or public areas. Please be respectful of other guests peace and quiet. 
● Any damage or losses caused during the rental period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the guest’s responsibility. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the rental period, any RONJA representative may require the guest and their party, including visitors to vacate the property immediately, without compensation or refund. 
● Please note that we have the right to deny entry if the persons who show up for the stay ARE NOT the one who made the reservation, unless this was communicated prior and agreed by us. If you want to make an indirect booking using somebody else’s Airbnb account (through your friend’s or family’s account, please make sure that this would be communicated with us in advance)
● RONJA is not suitable for those with less mobility. 
● RONJA is not suitable for anyone who has a nature phobia and is afraid of bugs, lizards or critters from nature. You must be okay with insects and open-air environments. 
● Please be mindful of cultural and environmental norms while exploring Bali. The hotel staff can provide recommendations and assistance.
