BOOKING TERMS
● ADULTS ONLY (we only accept Guests over the Age of 18 years old)
● Bookings are not final until payment is received and you have received a confirmation email.
● Total payment will be made in the booking process.
● Booking will be automatically canceled if payment is not received.
● Rates are subject to change without prior notice before bookings are confirmed
●Events and group bookings are subject to separate booking terms and conditions. Please enquire via email stay@ronjabali.com
● Photoshoots and drones are not permitted unless approved by management
● Check-in time is 2pm ; check-out time is 11am
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
● All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
PAYMENTS
● Payment can be made via credit card
● All card payments are subject to a 3% booking platform fee & 5% service fee for all bookings
● All payment fees are the responsibility of the guest

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY
● Check in time is from 2pm
● Check out time is at 11am
● A late check-out between 11am and 2pm should be requested the day before of the departure and will be charged up to 50% of the rate.
● Late check-out is subject to availability and it will be confirmed the day of departure.
● Check-out after 2pm will be charged at a full night rate
BELONGINGS
● The hotel cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Please use the safety box provided in your room for any valuable items. If we find a "lost item", we will keep it safe for you and can ship items back (at your expense). Any lost items which are not claimed within 30 days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
POOL
● The hotel does not have a lifeguard. Guests swim at their own risk. Smoking, glasses or porcelain plates, or other breakables are not permitted in the pool for health and safety reasons.
VEHICLES
● We have limited parking spaces available at RONJA which you are welcome to use during your stay and which are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Whilst we do our best to keep your vehicle(s) safe, guests park their vehicles at their own risk. Therefore when you park in our parking area, you accept the risk
of theft or damage of or to your vehicle and property in it.
SMOKING
● All our rooms including their terraces are NON-SMOKING. Please keep in mind that our Roofs are made of Alang Alang (Palm Tree Leaves) which are extremely flammable. If you smoke inside the room, we will add a cleaning fee of IDR 1.000.000 to your bill.
● We do allow smoking in our Common Areas where we provide ashtrays.
LIABILITY
● The hotel's liability shall be limited to wilful acts and gross negligence by its employees. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal belongings unless it is caused by any fault of ours, meaning failure by us to use reasonable skill and care in performing our duties.
● Third Party Liability: The hotel does not accept any liability for services rendered by third parties to our guests, notwithstanding that such services may be arranged by us. Any claim, demand, charge, suit or damages which may be incurred by the guests shall be made directly with such third parties and the hotel shall render all reasonable assistance in this regard.
RONJA’S GOOD AND BELONGINGS
● RONJA is our Pride, please treat it, and leave the property and all its goods and belongings in good order and in an acceptably clean condition. You can't take anything that's part of the rooms’ furnishings like towels, deco items, art and Savara Products.
● If you accidentally take something, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for it to be returned to RONJA.
● If you take something that's not meant to be taken and don't return it, we’ll have to charge you for the cost of replacing it.
● If you damage something while taking an item, you’ll be responsible for paying for the repair or replacement.
● We have a Pop Up Store in our common area where we offer a variety of Items for you to purchase, please reach out to our staff.
